It's hard to walk the line between femininity and reality. Women have to be even tougher than men, and do all the same jobs they do. But women are also expected to be girlish in many ways, so men don't feel totally useless. Wolverine W97927270 020 Women's 2 Pack Pink Wool Socks beautifully express this eternal struggle in shades of work-ready gray and pretty pink.
Made with a blend of quick-drying acrylic and soft Merino wool, these insulating socks keep you warm even in cold temperatures. Merino is high-quality wool that stays warm even when it's wet, but these socks won't get wet often. The fabrics naturally wick moisture away from your skin to prevent uncomfortable sweat. Nylon, 17%, and 3% spandex have been added to provide lightweight, stretchy breathability.
The gray material is beautifully accented in rich pink, because a touch of pretty never did hurt any pair of women's socks. The insulating wool blend will keep you warm and less sweaty, but it'll also keep you smelling pretty. The odor-resistant wool won't just help eliminate sweat, it'll even get rid of the aroma.
Embedded arch support and a full-cushion design help to soften every single step you take. These Wolverine W97927270 020 Women's 2 Pack Pink Wool Socks come in a two-pair pack, so you get twice as much warmth and soft comfort.

You get what you pay for.....
I bought this two pack of Wolverine socks because of the low price, and because I liked the pink accents. I was disappointed to learn that they are only 20% wool (and 60% acryllic, 17% nylon, and 3% spandex). They perform better than my cotton socks with regards to sweat wicking, warmth, and odor protection, but they are nowhere near as nice as my socks which have a larger percentage of merino. They're also not as soft as merino wool, and a little itchier. Overall, I don't regret my purchase because they are so cheap, but in the future I will spend a little extra to get something with higher merino content.
