Filson's tin cloth is something hunters really admire. It's called "tin cloth" because things made out of it are as waterproof and long-wearing as if they were made of tin. It's made of 12.5 oz, 100% cotton duck fabric that's woven with 2 x 2 play and is paraffin treated. It's then further treated with a water-repellent and stain-resistant finish. This tan fabric sets the standard for protection and wear-resistance. When clothes are made of tin cloth, nothing gets in, but in the case of this game bag, nothing gets out. Blood can't pass through and stain your other gear. And since the bag is unlined, its easy to clean out later.
Most hunters will be glad that this game bag does not have a shooting pad, so it's functional for left or right-handed shooters.
