This Flashlight is even brighter on the inside than its bright orange high-impact nylon casing. That's because it uses Smoke-Cutter optics that shine through smoke and fog because of a "black dot" xenon bulb with anti-glare coating. This kind of bulb emits a flash of extremely bright bluish-white light and at higher pressures white light like daylight is emitted.
You can feel free to get down and dirty with the 2-90043 because of the one-way valve for case venting, "O" ring sealed openings to protect against moisture and dirt, and an unbreakable lens with anti-scratch coating. The Survivor Division II Flashlight even survived a 30 foot drop in order to pass UL standards.
Strength wasn't the only quality the designers at Streamline had in mind when they created the 2-90043. They were thinking of you and your needs as well. A steel-hinged latch and door on the bottom of the Division II make battery changes quick and easy, while the rotary switch to activate the lights sits a full quarter inch above the casing so that even big, gloved hands can easily operate this Flashlight. The special "Piggyback" Charger system lets you charge the flashlight and spare battery at the same time.
