The beauty of the L7 from SureFire is its light source. It's powered by a virtually indestructible LED. With no filament to burn out or break, it lasts for literally thousands of hours and produces a brilliant, tactical-level beam almost 7 times more powerful than those poor D-cell powered alternatives. It's bright enough to temporarily blind a person and disorient them by impairing their night vision. Now that's bright.
The rugged, aerospace-grade body is made of hard anodized black aluminum and sealed for weatherproofing. Combine that with the tempered Pyrex window and you've got yourself one tough flashlight. A tail cap switch gives you have momentary-on with just the push of a button. A quick twist delivers constant-on. The L7 comes as a complete system and includes two B90 batteries, a mountable Smart Charger charging cradle (brings your batteries to full capacity in two hours!), an AC transformer and a DC car adapter.
