Benchmade Knives: Osborne 580S USA-Made Black Combo Edge Folding Knife
Some pocket knives are small and pointed, making them good for cleaning out fingernails and taking on small slicing tasks. The Benchmade 580S Osborne Barrage American-Made Combo Edge Knife is lightweight and easy to wield, but tough enough to take a variety of cutting and dicing chores. Sure, you can use it for your fingernails - and almost everything else, too.
The combination cutting edge is made with 154CM stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant material that withstands the test of time. Rated 58-61 on the HRC scale that determines blade hardness, this Benchmade knife may be sharpened should the blade ever grow dull. The blade thickness measures only 0.121 inches, a razor-fine edge. Just 3.6 inches in length, it’s the perfect size for handheld use. Right-handed or left-handed, this Osborne tool is for you!
The black Valox handle, a slim 0.65 inches thick, is lined with stainless steel. An AXIS-assist locking mechanism helps the blade hold its position, so it won't slip out of place during use. The drop-point blade has an ambidextrous thumb-stud opener, so it may be accessed from either side. Overall, the black knife is 8.35 inches long, and a pocket-sized 4.75 inches when closed.
The Benchmade 580S Osborne Barrage Combo Edge American-Made Knife weighs only 4.2 ounces...but, there's a lot of power packed into this lightweight Benchmade tool. Get yours ordered today from Working Person's Store!

Bigger than expected, well made...
Bought this Benchmade knife for my brother as a Christmas present. He had a Gerber previously which he used on a daily basis, so I thought I would get him an American made knife that would last him for a long time. The knife is extremely well made and balanced. It is heavy in the hand, but simultaneously feels very slim and not bulky. We ended up returning the knife for a smaller blade, as he had no use for a 4in.+ bladed knife (I should have read up on this before I bought it!). If you are looking for a large blade knife, this is a great choice, as it really doesn't have the bulk of a big knife, yet still feels like quality Benchmade product.
