Petzl Harness: Navaho Bod Work Positioning and Fall Arrest Harness C71000 1B
Sometimes you can't do your job on the ground. But just because you're suspended in the air doesn't mean you have to feel like your life's in danger. If you're wearing a Petzl Navaho Bod C71000 1B Work Positioning and Fall Arrest Harness, you'll even realize how comfortable you are.
A wide, semi-rigid waistbelt gives you great support. The breathable, perforated foam in the waistbelt and suspension seat will keep the straps from digging into your skin when you're suspended. The shoulder straps on this Petzl harness also utilize foam, and they're widely spaced so they won't chafe your neck. They're linked to the directional ventral connector, so they're easy to put on.
This safety harness makes sure no one part of your body takes the brunt of your weight or the weight of your equipment. If the waist belt is weighted, the load is distributed over your shoulders. The ventral attachment point distributes weight between the waistbelt and leg loops while you're suspended. When your feet are supported and you lean back in the belt, two lateral attachment points distribute your weight evenly around the waist belt.
This Petzl harness comes equipped with sternal and dorsal attachment points for connecting a fall arrest system. The waistband has a rear attachment point for connecting a restraint lanyard. It also has three equipment loops with protective sheaths, slots for a CARITOOL tool holder, and self-locking DoubleBack buckles on its waist belt, shoulder straps and leg loops. This Petzl fall arrest harness is certified to North American and European standards, meeting ANSI Z359.1, NFPA 1983 Class III, CSA Z259.10, CE EN 361, CE EN 358 and CE EN 813 certifications.
So lean back and pretend that you're lounging in the hammock in your backyard. You might as well be in a Petzl Navaho Bod C71000 1B Work Positioning and Fall Arrest Harness.
