The manner in which you responded shows marked regard for your customer. I always tell my daughters that in many ways, we all "vote with our wallets", in choosing where to spend your money and the messages we send with who we choose to do business with matters. It's something that I feel like is an often overlooked aspect of e-commerce. Too many times price wins and little else matters. While price matters, respect and honor for your customers matters as well. I feel like you have done a great job of answering my questions and offering alternatives. Thank you for that. Those actions speak to regard for the customer more than any words could.
