Just writing this we're getting pumped about these safety goggles. Smith is all about optical protection. From their sunglasses to their goggles they produce quality and safety and back it up. You see, there is such a thing as a standard. Some try to meet it but others exceed it. The last thing you need is a lens made by some moron that cracks just by looking at it. The ballistic impact protection lenses on the Smith Outside The Wire Black Safety Goggles meet and exceed MIL-DTL-43511D and standards.
How do you like the word superior, as in superior field of vision. Not bad, huh? Not only are they superior but they use Tapered Lens Technology for distortion-free optics. They take those lenses that you were satisfied with and take them to the next level with a scratch-resistant and anti-fog coating. Smith isn't done yet. They then add 100% protection from harmful UVA/UVB rays.
Smith knows that if you are using these safety goggles you could be in the thick of it. You may need to wear a helmet. Not all eyewear and helmets work well together. These goggles have an anatomically optimized design for seamless helmet integration and face fit. They are even compatible with the Smith Elite Rx System. Finally, they incorporate FRAG face foam.
