Work One's S001 steel toe oxford deserves consideration to be your next choice in ESD safety footwear. Comfort features include a rich full grain oil tanned leather upper, generous steel toes box and the Work One dual density polyurethane sole and heel unit. Inside this steel toe oxford you will find the Total Cushion Arch Support System with memory foam, flex notches, and fatigue mat for long lasting comfort.
SD type 1 footwear will provide for a resistance of between 106 (1 meg ohm) and 108 (100 meg ohms) resistance when 25 to 50 volts are applied via an electrode to the hand of a person wearing the SD test sample standing on a conductive ground plate.
All Work One work boots have been produced by the UFCW Union Labor.

“I bought a pair of the waterproof, insulated, 12 in. Georgia Boots to wear in the massive underground (UMWA) Harris coal mine in Boone Co., West Virginia. As a union fireboss, I walk at least 5 miles a night 300+ feet underground through some of the worst conditions anywhere. After 27 years and at 4 different Eastern Coal Corp. mines, these are the best boots I've ever worn. Thanks for making my job more bearable and comfortable, as comfort is a hard thing to find in coal mining.
