These jeans have been garment washed to give them softness that feels custom made the first time you put them on. The 14.75-ounce denim is a blend of 88% cotton and 12% high-tenacity nylon, so they remember your curves and fit even after washing. Comfortable features include a mid-rise fit, a contoured waistband and a relaxed cut in the seat and thighs to allow for freedom of movement. The two back pockets are reinforced so they stay together, wash after wash.
But do not be fooled by their comfy demeanor...they're ready for work. The fabric is flame resistant. It's made by Mount Vernon Mills, a company with over 150 years of textile manufacturing under their belt. The snap closure is arc-resistant and high-tension to stay shut, and the brass zipper fly has Nomex zipper tape for added security. You can be certain that these pants guard against flame and electrical arc hazards. They're NFPA 70E compliant, in fact. The leg openings are wide enough to fit over work boots.
