The soft, 15.5 ounce quilted material is a neutral shade of gray so it will match your outerwear, and is made with a durable modacrylic fiberfill. This tough material resists sunlight and flame, making for the ultimate protection against spontaneous combustion, holes in the ozone, and other fire hazards.
A strong brass Nomex zipper (taped for long-wearing use) has zip-in or zip-out capability to fit easily inside your outerwear. The fully insulated sleeves offer warm protection against chill winds, and add an extra buffer against whatever might be outside your skin.
