Made of 10-oz. 88% cotton, 12 % nylon flame-resistant water-resistant duck, these brown duck FR bibs meet the requirements of ASTM F1506, NFPA 70E, and OSHA 1910.269 for flame-resistant protection. Every part of your body that’s covered in this protective material will be safer. Every square inch of these Berne FR overalls is made to protect you from the dangers of sparks or flames on the jobsite. The two-way flame-resistant brass front zipper with concealed snap closure and adjustable flame-resistant bib straps all work together as allies against the enemy. The adjustable straps ensure you get a proper, snug fit. The heavy-duty flame-resistant brass leg zippers (covered by storm flaps with concealed snaps) make getting in and out of these fire-resistant overalls a breeze.
Speaking of enemies, the cold is another way to make your day a miserable one, except when you're in these insulated overalls. You’ll be able to work outdoors or in a freezing warehouse in warmth thanks to the heavyweight modacrylic insulation that’s quilted to 100% cotton twill. The cotton twill is, you guessed it, flame-resistant. With the “high back” design, even your back will be better insulated and shielded from the wicked cold.

Triple-needle stitched main seams and four-needle stitching on the waistband means these brown Berne FR Overalls “will take a licking and keep on ticking.” Areas that normally wear easily such as the knees and hip pockets are reinforced on these hardworking work overalls. In addition to the two hip pockets, you’ll have plenty of space to keep your tools and essential items in the two front swing pockets with concealed snap closure and two chest pockets. There are even pencil openings on the chest pockets.
