Fashioned from 100% acrylic, the Port and Company knit cap is warm, breathable and will feel great against your skin. The three-inch folding cuff comfortably folds over your ears and provides plenty of room for you to embroider your logo. She did an excellent job in answering my concerns and helping me figure out the best way to handle the problem. Second, but not least, is another young lady in your return goods department. She is a breath of fresh air for a customer to deal with. She is heading up things so I get my replacement coat in time for my trip.
