Made with a durable denim blend of 14.75 ounce cotton (88%) and high-tenacity nylon (12%), these jeans are flame-resistant for your work protection. Airy, comfortable cotton combines beautifully with abrasion-resisting nylon to give you jeans that resist wear and tear as well as heat and flame. These jeans have an HRC (hazard risk category) of 3, meaning they're ATPV Cal/cm2 25 - and that's the amount of heat you can take before the skin under your jeans will burn. In other words, you'll be safe on the job - even in a pair of great-looking jeans.
These jeans come to you already garment washed to resist dryer shrinkage and to make for a softer, more comfortable fit. A relaxed seat and thigh design completes your comfort, giving you plenty of room to maneuver on the job.
A high-tension snap closure at the waist is Arc-resistant for further heat protection, while the brass zipper fly has Nomex zipper tape for durable, long-lasting wear. For electrical safety in the workplace, these jeans are NFPA 70E compliant.
