If only Australians could be the same in customer service. I have good news. The jacket arrived today and it fits perfectly. My wife is very happy. She also likes the colour. It's important for me to let you know that International Checkout do a good job and Working Person have been very wise to use them for international sales. Remember, we are in a rural area but that didn't increase delivery time. The jacket was cleared by customs at Sydney airport late yesterday and we received it this morning.
