It’s the Carhartt Men’s FRR43 DNY Flame-Resistant Quilt-Lined Midweight Bib Overalls. While not actually a blanket, these dark navy overalls are comfortable and make you feel safe around the bad guys--open flame and frigid temperatures.
Made of 8.5-ounce, flame-resistant canvas in of a blend of 88% cotton and 12% high-tenacity nylon, these fire protective overalls meet NFPA 70E compliance for flame protection. That means the parts of your body that are covered will be kept safe from dangerous flames. There’s even more protection in the finishing touches such as the leg zippers that feature Nomex flame-resistant zipper tape and protective flaps with arc-resistant snap closures. Everything on this FR overalls is flame-resistant, even the elastic suspenders and center-release buckles. So you've got flame-resistant protection, through-and-through. The high back construction and chap-style double front are designed to give you higher thermal performance and more durability in these Carhartt canvas overalls.
To protect you against another work hazard--cold temperatures, these flame-resistant Carhartt bib overalls feature a 6.5-ounce, flame-resistant quilt lining. You’ll appreciate the warmth of the lining especially on those frigid mornings. You’re a busy guy and don’t have time to waste trying to get in and out of your insulated FR overalls. So for your convenience, the ankle-to-thigh leg zippers allow for easy on and off.
Throughout the design of these flame-resistant canvas overalls you will notice a variety of pockets. All are protected and approved by NFPA 70 E standards including the pockets and flaps that are made with arc-resistant snap closures.
