This Carhartt C15108 PEW Men's Solid Ripstop Pewter Utility Scrub Top is the color of metal for a good reason. It's tough and strong, hard to wear out and even harder to rip. But don't worry, this top doesn't feel a thing like metal -- it just acts like it.
The pewter-colored fabric is a combination of 55% soft cotton material and 45% nylon ripstop. Cotton, soft and non-irritating, breathes against the skin. Nylon ripstop resists abrasions and tears. The name ripstop is literal -- when a tear begins, it'll stop at once.
The bi-swing back creates a full, easy range of motion. Speaking of motion, the drop tail is two inches longer than the front, so you have extra coverage in the back when you bend and move.
Triple-stitched seams create a design with triple the strength, because three threads were used instead of one. The left chest pocket has a pen stall for easy storage.
