Berne started with pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton and then wove it into a 6.0-oz 100% cotton jersey. This light olive tee-shirt is the end result. The shirt has a generous fit and is built to last with side seams that minimize twisting. The main seams are durable because of double-needle top stitching. The neck seam on this shirt, a place that, on other shirts, frequently irritates, is here taped for comfort. Other common irritation points--the neck and sleeve labels--are screen printed so they won't rub.
