“I just wanted to get back to you folks and tell you how pleased I was with the service (and respect) I recieved from the Customer Service Agent who took and placed my order. It is now the riding season and Engineer style MC's are becoming more and more difficult to come by. Your Customer Service Agent was patient and kind to me. She researched the actual boot itself and compaired it to another very similar model. She then researched warehouse inventory and availability, as well as investigating how the sizes worked for that particular boot manufacturer. The information she provided me helped me to make - what I now consider - to be a very sound size decision. Great job!!!!!!! I look forward to getting my new boots.
