Since you advertised that you would accept returns on them, I ordered a bunch, knowing I would return all but one pair. Finally, after a second order in a smaller size of the boot I liked the best, I have a wonderful pair of boots. Your ordering process, return process, and refund process have been the best I have ever experienced in on-line stores. Thank you for your quality, speed of service, and easy-to-use web site. I was even more impressed when I recently received a hand-addressed envelope with my refund slip in it. Wow...
