Stacy was very helpful today. I am under a time constraint because we are leaving Sunday morning to go skiing. Not your fault of course, but mine. I started out on your web page trying to decide whether I could receive my order in time, but felt like $100 for overnight was a little steep. Stacy sent me her phone number through the chat line and made sure that everything happened so that the order would ship today and I could receive my order on Friday.
