“I recently made a mistake when placing an order online with your store. I entered my office zip code instead of my residence, a common mistake of mine. I immediately emailed customer service and changed my online account to reflect the proper zip code. When customer service indicated they were taking care of the problem, from experience, I thought that to be the first, and only, email I would receive. To my surprise, I have received several emails keeping me up-to-date concerning my order, and what customer service is doing to rectify the problem that I caused.
