I just wanted to let you know about your exceptional customer service. My daughter needed boots with a steel toe and steel shank, as she will be spending her "spring break" in New Orleans, assisting with the relief efforts next week. After searching stores in town for 2 days, I finally located the boots on your site. Your customer service person confirmed they were in stock, took the order over the phone, and then made sure they got shipped. Our boots arrived on Tuesday!
