Despite the holidays Stephanie was pleasant, very helpful, and personally ran to the storage area to verify that my order was on hand. She even expedited delivery to ensure delivery by Christmas. The prices were lower than any other sites I had encountered and they had an extensive selection. And the best part is that my husband LOVES all his gear! These days, marginal or poor customer service is the norm, but this experience far exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the transaction.
