The long sleeves protect your arms from burns as you reach across burners, over steaming pots or into hot ovens. In case you should spill hot liquids, the fabric is designed to quickly absorb the hot liquid instead of letting it immediately pass through to your skin.
This jacket features a chest and sleeve pocket for keeping tract of small gadgets or complimentary notes from your clients.
