I have been a customer of yours for several years now and I have often told friends about your excellent products and service. Today I needed to address a problem I had with an order. The rep that took my call was Alyshea and she is definitely an asset to your company. For years I owned my own small business and I realize how difficult finding sharp, courteous, customer oriented people are to work. This girl was very professional and polite, seeming happy to make things the way I needed them to be. I have ordered a few times and your employees weren't rude but they could have been a little more friendly and helpful in my opinion. I wanted you to know that Alyshea was definitely above and beyond in her service compared to others I have dealt with over the phone, not only in your company, but other businesses I deal with on other matters. Hope you will take the time to let her know that some people really do appreciate excellent service!
