I recently made a mistake when placing an order online with your store. I entered my office zip code instead of my residence, a common mistake of mine. I immediately emailed customer service and changed my online account to reflect the proper zip code. Unfortunately, customer service informed me (by email) that the order had already shipped prior to receiving the email. The email indicated that they would take the necessary action to correct the problem through UPS. To make a long story short, I have been shopping on-line for over 15 years and have had some great experiences, but this experience is one for the books. I have never encountered an organization that has provided customer service such as The Working Persons Store. When customer service indicated they were taking care of the problem, from experience, I thought that to be the first, and only, email I would receive. To my surprise, I have received several emails keeping me up-to-date concerning my order, and what customer service is doing to rectify the problem that I caused. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have placed this order with your store. The Working Person?s Store will get the highest recommendation from me and my company. Without fail, my next pair of boots, my wife?s, and my children?s, will be brought from your on-line store. I will always consider your products before ever going elsewhere.
