With the short time-frame I had, I ordered 5 pairs, not knowing at all how the sizing ran or what the comfort of each would be. Since you advertised that you would accept returns on them, I ordered a bunch, knowing I would return all but one pair. Finally, after a second order in a smaller size of the boot I liked the best, I have a wonderful pair of boots. I was even more impressed when I recently received a hand-addressed envelope with my refund slip in it. Wow...
