Caiman Gloves: Fleece-Lined Wing Thumb Welding Gloves 1443
A perfect weld is like a work of art. Some welders think of themselves as artists. Maybe you do and maybe you don't. One thing all welders, artists or industrialists, have in common is the need for the right equipment to get the job done. Working Person's Store recommends that you try a pair of Caiman 1443 Premium Series Fleece Lined Wing Thumb Welding Gloves.
Caiman makes the 1443 Welding Gloves from rust-colored heat-resistant split cow leather with a Wing Thumb. A Wing Thumb features angled construction and allows good flexibility with no seams on the palm area to obstruct work or to increase your level of fatigue. The gloves are cotton-fleece lined with a cotton hem as well. The Aerofoam lining with full-sock construction gives you unmatched comfort and insulation. Aerofoam is a cotton-fleece lining laminated with an open-cell foam that provides superior insulation and comfort.
The 1443 Welding Gloves are sewn together with 100% Kevlar thread using a welted seam technique. A welted seam is cut and a strip of leather or other material is sewn over the seam sewn to protect the seams from abrasion and/or sparks.
