Using a polyester blend for uniforms and other articles of clothing is popular for good reasons - it's strong, dependable, and comfortable. This is why the ~5.11 Tactical TDU Khaki Boonie 89422 162 Brimmed Hat is made out of a blend of polyester and cotton ripstop fabric with a Teflon finish.

The khaki brimmed hat's awesome design with a tubular drawcord is easily adjustable whenever you need it. Even the color is also perfect for camouflaging whenever you're working outdoors or just having some fun for hunting.

On the outside, you'll easily spot the eyelets that are included in the design for ventilation. Added to that is a wicking headband that's beneficial for cooling your head whenever the heat index rises. It also has a sturdy but flexible 4 panel construction. The inside of the 5.11 hat is filled with a foam band with wicking jersey fabrication, making it comfortable to wear. This khaki tactical boonie hat also has 7 rows of topstitching on the bill.
