This durable brown full swing coat is manufactured in a blend of 88% cotton and 12% nylon Quick Duck® canvas, a state-of-the-art fabric that is as tough as traditional sandstone duck but significantly lighter - for an edge that lets you keep moving freely even when the weather tries to slow you down.

This cold-weather Carhartt coat keeps you warm, thanks to 150-gram 3M™ Thinsulate™ platinum insulation. It keeps you toasty without adding extra bulk and weight. Internal rib-knit storm cuffs with ergonomically-shaped sleeve hems help keep out the cold. Rain Defender® technology provides durable water repellence; water beads up and rolls off this water-repellent men’s outer coat.

And that’s not all. This FR quick duck coat is flame-resistant. It’s rated CAT 3, meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E, and is UL® classified to NFPA 2112. It closes with a brass zipper front made with Nomex® FR zipper-tape plus inside and outside protective flaps and snap closure for electric-arc protection.
