To keep you safe around fire hazards, this Carhartt FR workwear meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E, and it’s also UL classified to NFPA 2112. This classification means the article of clothing offers protection against short-duration thermal exposure to fire. There are Carhartt FR and NFPA 2112/CAT 1 labels sewn onto the side seam to display this information.
