How does the magic happen? Carhartt combines 98% cotton with 2% Spandex to conjure up a canvas that adds ease of movement to the rugged durability you expect from Carhartt canvas overalls. And, of course, they kept all of the great features that make these a favorite, hands-down.

To start with, the Rugged Flex Rigby overalls are constructed with a chap-style double front, which means they'll wear long and hard. Just like you, they're ready to stand up to the toughest challenges like stooping, crawling, and kneeling. Just think how much easier all of those movements will be with some stretch built into the durable canvas.

And these men's gravel grey overalls are built with features to withstand the toughest wear. The main seams are triple-stitched seams that hold up to heavy stress so you don’t have to worry about it when you're working. Metal rivets at vital stress points add strength in key areas, and a full-circumference kick panel adds extra durability at the leg.

For convenience and ease, Carhartt built the Rigby bib overalls with two buttons on each side and a front zipper fly.

On the bib, you’ll find a pocket with a zipper closure, plus two additional slide-in pockets, one with a pen stall.
