Yeah, basic black works for men, too. This ~Carhartt Men's K128 BLK Long Sleeve Henley Shirt will work for you as an all-around top for moderate weather when you're working inside and outside. (You can also wear this men's shirt when playing, but don't say we told you.) This work shirt can be worn with khakis, blue jeans, or even black jeans for a partial Bruce Springsteen look.

The 6.75 ounce 100% cotton and 3-button front placket mean this black shirt is cool enough for late Spring jobs, and the long sleeves will make you more comfortable when you go into those heavily air-conditioned offices. It also goes well under an overshirt for those breezy days. The rib-knit collar and cuffs make nice accents, and the left chest pocket sports a Carhartt logo to show your good taste. The side seam construction helps minimize twisting, too.
