The Carolina boots feature 6-inch gaucho (think dark brown) crazy horse leather uppers with lace-up styling and a padded collar. Inside the men's boots, you'll find waterproof SCUBALINER membranes and 400 grams of Thinsulate insulation. Thinsulate uses microfibers to trap dead air, but the fibers do not absorb water. This helps to keep your feet warm even in damp conditions.
The polyurethane AG7 footbeds provide enhanced arch support and have a patented moisture-management system built right in. You can remove these soft footbeds at any time for cleaning. The pillow cushion insoles in the waterproof boots give you a thick layer of memory foam that surrounds your foot in all-day comfort. If that isn’t enough comfort and support, the safety toe boots also have EVA midsoles and lightweight non-metallic shanks for additional reinforcement.The slip-resistant rubber outsoles are attached using the cement construction technique for a very flexible fit. The non-metallic composite toes meet the ASTM standards for impact protection. In addition, these slip-resistant boots are electrical hazard rated.
