We understand certain professions and conditions are harder on footwear and clothing than others. We work hard to reach a resolution for returns that is fair to both the customer and Working Person's Store. Working Person's Store stands behind products that have a manufacturing defect or blemish. Should a defect become apparent within a reasonable time period, Working Person's Store will either repair or replace the item.
Footwear is often put through demanding conditions. Demanding conditions might cause a stitch to break, an eyelet to fall out, or a sole to separate. Working Person's Store understands that, which is why we will repair these items at no charge if the footwear was purchased through our store, truck or web site.
We have real humans working to fulfill your orders and on rare occasions your order be incomplete or contain an incorrect item. If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed and we will get you the correct item right away.
Exceptions to this policy include close-out items and all Chippewa products. Due to manufacturer policies, sales of close-out items and Chippewa products are final and may not be returned for exchange, refund or store credit.
