If your footwear needs repaired due to a failure that occurs due to reasonable wear (eyelet comes off, soles separate), simply take them to your local shoe repair shop, get a quote, contact us, and once your quote has been approved, the cost of the shoe repair could be on us.
Footwear is often put through demanding conditions. Demanding conditions might cause a stitch to break, an eyelet to fall out, or a sole to separate. Working Person's Store understands that, which is why we will repair these items at no charge if the footwear was purchased through our store, truck or web site.
We have real humans working to fulfill your orders and on rare occasions your order be incomplete or contain an incorrect item. If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed and we will get you the correct item right away.
Exceptions to this policy include close-out items and all Chippewa products. Due to manufacturer policies, sales of close-out items and Chippewa products are final and may not be returned for exchange, refund or store credit.
