There's a lot more to staying safe at work than staying warm. This ~Radians Men's SJ110B 3ZOS Hi-Vis Orange Class 3 Two-In-One Hooded Bomber Safety Work Jacket totally understands that you need to stay warm at work, but you also need to stay easy to see.

This high-visibility jacket is detailed with 2-inch silver reflective taping that lights up even in the darkest environments. The horizontal and vertical stripes reflect even dim light to keep you brighter and easier to spot. Warm fleece lining insulates you against cold weather. The zip-out fleece is removable, so you can take it out if you start to feel a little too warm. Even the sleeves are lined for warmth.

The exterior of the Radians jacket is made with a weather-resistant polyester shell to block the cold and wet. The tough, lightweight polyester is coated with plastic-like polyurethane to keep the rain away. Pull up the concealed attached hood when you need added warmth around your neck and head.

This men's jacket has plenty of storage space for all your stuff. There are zippered slash pockets that are fleece lined, a cell phone or radio chest pocket, two inside fleece pockets, two left sleeve pencil pockets, and mic tabs on both shoulders. No detail has been overlooked. Even the black waistband and cuffs are knit to create a snug, cold-blocking fit.
