Comfortable and long!...
By: kseverna
As a tall guy, it's rather difficult at times to find rain gear that provides water protection for not only my torso, but also my legs. This rain parka is long enough to get the job done, and it does it stylishly. The pop of yellow you see when the hood is down contrasts nicely with the navy color of the outer layer, and when the hood's up it's a sleek single color. The rubberized material is super water-repellent, and it conveniently resists stains and pesky odors as well. Plus, it's cut loose and it's easy to move around in. When you need full-body protection from the rain but aren't willing to walk around in something that looks like a spacesuit all day, you're going to want a rain parka like this one. Trust me.

The quality and build is not worth what I payed. I'm afraid that if the zipper catches, I'll rip the material. It's a little thicker than a disposable parka.

It is long, and has a decent, but oversized, hood.

Not worth it!...
By: towman28
This coat is hard to zip up and the hood is way too big. I thought I would try this for the price, but I should have spent the extra money and got the better quality coat. It is no fun to be standing in the rain while trying to zip the coat up with no success. I have always loved everything I have purchased from the Working Person Store, so this was a let down.

Light-weight knee-length raincoat for occasional use...
By: james1958
This raincoat is about knee-length. The zipper goes from hip to neck, allowing room for your legs to move freely. The yellow side is the rubbery-feeling side of the fabric, while the navy side feels like the plastic of some light-weight shower curtains. I wouldn't wear this coat while trekking through brambles and thorns, I'm afraid it would get torn. But, because the coat is of thin, light-weight material it is one you could fold up and pack away in a backpack to have on those days when it will rain but isn't raining yet. The snaps on the pockets and at the neck, as well as the front zipper, are rather cheap. That together with the thin material puts this raincoat in a category which I would consider good for the occasional need, but not for an everyday raincoat in a climate where a raincoat is frequently worn.
