Rocky Shoes: Men's 2168 Water Resistant Alpha Force Oxford Work Shoes

Oxford footwear was originally made to be formal footwear. Nowadays, the word oxford is used to describe any footwear that have a “closed lacing” style. With these ~Rocky Men’s Black 2168 Alpha Force Water Resistant Oxford Shoes, we think it’s just describing great work footwear.

The uppers of this Rocky Alpha Force footwear is made from black high-quality full-grain leather. This material makes the uppers water-resistant and extremely durable. Also, the finish of the leather is polishable and easy to clean. There aren’t many guarantees in life, but these Rocky shoes guarantee that your feet will stay dry inside these Water Resistant shoes. A Water Resistant construction with a Water Resistant inner layer seals out moisture and wetness.

Work footwear should always include comfort. The contoured removable polyurethane cushion insole provides an extra comfy layer of cushion. Polyurethane or PU is a dense and durable material that adds to the light feel of these Water Resistant shoes and is shock-absorbing. To help reduce the effect of impact, the heel contact area is made extra thick.

Rocky’s Airport footbed is designed with airholes throughout to provide air flow and keep feet cool. Also made from PU, the footbed material of these Rocky shoes is molded to provide advanced protection from impact and shock. The Airport footbed along with the lightweight bottom construction provides great cushion for all day wear.

These Water Resistant shoes include a couple of bonus features. The non-metallic shank makes these oxford shoes TSA and airport compliant. Going through metal detectors and security checkpoints are a cinch. The EVA rubber outsole is slip- and oil-resistant and offers superior traction.
