Sweepstakes Terms And Conditions

Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of WorkingPerson.com, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes:

Online Entry With Purchase: For every purchase of Reebok work shoes and boots, the purchaser gets a free entry into the sweepstakes.
Online Entry Without Purchase: No purchase is necessary, enter by visiting us online at https://woobox.com/qx22fk
Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email address (if you have one) on a 3" x 5" postcard and mail it in a first-class stamped envelope to: Working Person’s Store, Attn: Reebok Sweepstakes, WorkingPerson.com, 2170 E. Sherman Blvd. Muskegon, MI 49444. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 9, 2025 and received by June 15, 2025. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Mechanical reproductions or automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on May 23, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on June 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received (for online entries) or postmarked and received (for mail-in entries) within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

One (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about June 20th, 2025. The potential winner(s) will be notified by [Describe method of notification, e.g., email or mail] at the email address or mailing address provided on their entry. The potential winner(s) will be required to respond within 15 days of the date of notification in order to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

General Conditions: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.WorkingPerson.com reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or for any reason whatsoever. WorkingPerson.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by WorkingPerson.com in its sole discretion. In such event, WorkingPerson.com reserves the right to award the prize(s) at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the termination.

Limitations of Liability: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless WorkingPerson.com, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
