These men's boots are made with smooth, 100% cattlehide leather material in a 6-inch design that rises up just over your ankles to give you maximum foot protection. Cattlehide leather is flexible and tough, which means it'll bend but not break. This leather is naturally durable and hard to wear out, too, so it cleans up like a champ. Destination P mesh material was integrated into the design to provide cooling panels that let air escape. That way, heat won't stay trapped around your feet. Use the YKK waterproof nylon zipper to easily get in and out of these Tactical Research boots. A molded security overlay helps keep the zipper in place when it's secured. Use the laces to get a perfectly comfortable fit every time.

Speaking of what's around your feet, these tactical boots are made with spacer mesh hydrophilic lining. This special mesh lining is made to be breathable to keep cool air flowing around your feet. The hydrophilic material absorbs moisture to help keep it off your skin, so your feet stay drier. These black boots are designed with removable, cleanable insoles. Made with a single layer of airy, molded EVA foam material, these soft insoles absorb shock to take the pain and impact out of every step.

When you work hard, your feet deserve to have as much comfort as they can get. That's why they're going to get the softness of Fatt Maxx midsoles. Designed to be cushioning and shock-absorbing, the midsoles are soft but strong, and they're made to cradle your footsteps to give your feet support and stability with each step. The Fatt Maxx design is 25% to 55% more shock-absorbent than other athletic boots. These particular midsoles are made with a Rocker geometric design that helps your feet maintain a smooth stride every time you step down.

The outsoles are made with 100% rubber material in the Exclusive VIBRAM Ballistic tread design, made to give you gripping power everywhere you walk. The stack heel height of 29mm and 23 mm at the forefoot creates a slope - a 6 mm toe drop that is designed to match the natural way you stride. That takes a little bit of extra work out of stepping. Meanwhile, the tough rubber adds bouncy shock-resistance to every one of those steps.
