Thorogood Boots: Men's High Gloss 831-6032 Uniform Chukka Boots

If you're attending law enforcement school, these ~Thorogood 831-6032 Men's Poromeric Academy Chukka Boots are for you. They're high-gloss black, so they'll look good with the rest of your uniform. When you're chasing pretend bad guys, these soft toe work boots will help you get through your training.

The poromeric material that makes up these Thorogood boots is porous and similar to leather, it's breathable. Some people call it Vegan leather. It's made from a fibrous base layer, like polyester. That portion is then covered with a plastic coating, for easy-to-care for uppers. The insoles have a comfort weave lining, serving you a good balance of cushioning and good air flow.

While they're ankle-high and glossy to look great, the ankle of these chukka boots is also tighter than those on a desert boot. You get more stability for those long days on your feet. The durable rubber soles and composite shank provide you with a solid foundation, so you can move quickly with the support you need. Your feet will love the removable EVA footbeds and Poron 4000 heel pads. So as you stand there in your dress uniform, drenched in sweat from the summer heat, at least your feet will feel fantastic.
