The 8-inch, all-black uppers have side zippers and a standard lacing system to keep your feet securely locked inside. Tumbled, oil-tanned leather creates uppers that are waterproof and boots that have a flexible and comfortable fit around your feet.
Spacer mesh material lines the insides of the men's boots. This breathable material along with the Thoro>dri waterproof system allows heat to escape to help prevent sweating. However, when moisture and sweat do collect on the skin, the unique material wicks it away. For your safety, the Thoro>dri system is also blood-borne pathogen compliant.
Non-metallic, engineered composite shanks provide lightweight arch support. The shanks keep arches lifted, so your muscles don't have to do work as hard when you're wearing this waterproof footwear. We know your work days aren't easy, so these slip-resistant boots also have polyurethane footbeds with a special EVA cushion flex to provide lightweight cushioning. Shock-resistant polyurethane absorbs more force than rubber but weighs less. Made in a removable design, the soft footbeds are easy to clean. Lightweight compression molded EVA midsoles with impact 300 gel heel inserts give you a lightweight core of flexibility. You can enjoy these rugged, black boots with less hassle and more resiliency!
The GenFlex2, dual-density rubber outsoles are attached utilizing Goodyear welt construction. The welt stitching around the base of these shoes creates a flexible, repairable bond. The rubber soles have a gripping lug tread to keep your steps firm and safe.
